Tangier - Chefchaouen - Tangier
After Breakfast, drive to ‘Blue Pearl city’ or Chefchaouen city, free time in Chefchaouen famous for its blue-painted walled medina. The blue palette derives from the 15th century, when the town attracted exiles from Spain. Arriving Jewish refugees fleeing the Spanish Inquisition painted their houses blue to reflect their divinity a tradition that continued through the centuries. Enjoy a walking tour through Chefchaouen’s cobbled medina, absorbing the Moorish and Spanish atmosphere & admire the striking blue-and-white houses. Afternoon back to Tangier. Accommodation at the hotel.
