Day 1: ARRIVAL SAN JOSE (20km – 30min)
Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival at Juan Santamaría International Airport, our local representative will greet you and assist you with your transfer to your hotel in San Jose. Get settled in, unwind in your comfortable room, and relax as you prepare for an unforgettable adventure.

Day 2: SAN JOSE – TORTUGUERO (135km – 4hrs by road / 1.5hrs by boat)
Rise early for your journey to one of Costa Rica’s most breathtaking destinations: Tortuguero. Known as a wildlife paradise and a top ecotourism spot, Tortuguero National Park protects endangered sea turtles and offers an unparalleled experience of lush rainforests and serene waterways. En route, stop in Guápiles for a delicious Costa Rican breakfast before continuing to the dock, where you’ll board a scenic boat ride to your lodge. This journey is a magical introduction to the tropical forest, with vibrant green landscapes and rich biodiversity at every turn. After checking in at your lodge, enjoy a delightful lunch before heading out to explore the charming town of Tortuguero. This car-free village, nestled between the beach and the canals, offers a fascinating glimpse of Caribbean culture and a peaceful way of life. Day 3: TORTUGUERO
After breakfast at the hotel embark on an unforgettable boat tour through the canals of Tortuguero National Park. Glide through the waterways, camera in hand, as you spot exotic birds, reptiles, and mammals in their natural habitat. Return to the Lodge. Later this day, join a nature walk along the lodge’s private trails, where your expert guide will introduce you to the incredible flora and fauna of the region. The rest of the day is yours to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of your lodge.

Day 4: TORTUGUERO – SARAPIQUI (1.5hrs by boat/85km – 2hrs by road)
After breakfast, check out and take a scenic boat and land transfer back to Guápiles, where a delicious lunch awaits. Then, continue your adventure to Sarapiquí, a paradise for nature lovers and birdwatchers. This region is renowned for its lush biodiversity, making it a must-visit for those who appreciate the wonders of the rainforest.

Day 5: SARAPIQUI – ARENAL (100km – 2hrs)
After breakfast, journey to La Fortuna, home of the iconic Arenal Volcano. After breakfast, bid farewell to the beach and travel back to San Jose for your final night in Costa Rica. Take the evening to relax and reflect on the unforgettable experiences of your journey.

Day 15: DEPARTURE SAN JOSE (20km – 30min)
Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel before checking out. At the scheduled time, a shared transfer will take you to Juan Santamaría International Airport for your return flight home. Take with you, unforgettable memories of Costa Rica’s breathtaking landscapes, rich wildlife and warm hospitality.
