Thanks to this tour, you will have experience the Florence that the Florentines know and love, because the essence of a city is not only made by the historical and cultural part, but also by its traditions, its cuisine and the everyday life.We will pass through the historic center and stop in the middle-age streets of Dante time, and you will taste the famous Lampredotto, a dish loved by the Florentines, which is based on the stomach of cow and it is a real must to try Florence cuisine while you are here.

You will hear the legends about the typical dishes that the workers ate during the construction of the famous dome of Brunelleschi, closely connected to the history of Florence.Piazza del Duomo becomes a starting point to pass to more particular and less known paths, visiting the wine shops where you can enjoy a glass of excellent wine with Finocchiona and Crostini. All this while listening to the story of the history of Tuscan gastronomic events.

And then you cannot miss a stop with the guide in one of the historic Florentine ice cream shops, to taste the real homemade ice cream.

Day 3 : From Florence to Siena: Tour of vineyards and winery with wine tasting

About 40 minutes drive to reach the countryside of San Gimignano, where you will have a delicious tour of the vineyards and cellar, with final lunch and wine tasting.

An experienced local guide will lead you around the estate to witness agricultural practices and cellars. The guide will explain the history of the company and complex workings of the production line. Will be intrigued by the sights of the landscape that surround this estate that includes the barrel room, wine cellar, and also the various tasting rooms both inside and in the garden. In particular you will appreciate the Vernaccia Vineyard of San Gimignano, one of the most famous wines that originated in the area, and you do not want to miss the Sangiovese vineyard! After the estate visit, you will stop in one of the Winery rooms for taste excellent wines and oils. You will have a wine lesson and tasting of 9 wines, Extra virgin olive oil, Truffle olive oil, Spicy Pepper Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Tuscan cheeses and salami, bruschetta, truffle lasagna or tuscan ribollita, roast meat with roast potatoes and vegetables, cantuccini biscuits with dessert wine

Day 3 : From Florence to Siena: Tour of vineyards and winery with wine tasting

Day 4 : Siena / Montepulciano: Cinta Senese Tour, discovering an authentic Tuscan farmhouse



Breakfast at hotel and departure for Montepulciano, about 1 hour drive.

At your arrival at the farmhouse, at noon, you will have the opportunity to live a real experience in a genuine Tuscan reality: the Cinta Senese tour allows you to enjoy a unique experience visiting a genuine Tuscan farm: The visit begins with a spectacular view of Montepulciano among the age-old cypresses, following a walking path between olive trees and precious vineyards, where you will learn the history of olive groves and grapes cultivation. Along the way you will also find benches to rest, enjoying the beautiful landscape of Valdichiana. Afterwards, you will observe the pig farm, with the Cinta Senese pigs. You wiil be informed about this local breeds and their habitat. If you wish, you will also have the possibility to have contact with animals, move into the grazing area, in the food area, see the baths in the mud of the swines and the collection area of excrement.On the way back, you will pass by the plum trees, the garden and the low vineyard, proceeding towards the visit of the cellar.You will also meet the tractor and see the tools before arriving at the tasting point, where you will have your light lunch at the end of the tour.

On the way back to Siena, you can admire the famous Tuscan rolling hills.
